Peace Through Strength?
"Peace is bought with strength. It is not bought with weakness or unilateral concessions." - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
"The United States is fulfilling its destiny as peacemaker, but it is peace through strength." - US President Donald Trump.
On February 28, 2026, as a result of a missile strike on the "Shajareh Tayyebeh" primary school for girls, 168 childrens were killed - most of them students aged 7 to 12.

"The world sees that Russia responds to strength, which means that peace through strength can work." - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
On May 21, 2026, as a result of a nighttime drone attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Starobelsk Vocational College in the Luhansk region, 6 childrens were killed and 40 were injured; the fate of another 18 people remains unknown. At the time of the strike, 86 teenagers aged 14 to 18 were inside the dormitory.

While killing children and justifying their actions, they talk about peace, forgetting that violence begets violence, and cruelty breeds even greater cruelty. Is peace through strength possible? Only if one side of the conflict achieves the complete annihilation of its opponents on the other side. Otherwise, peace through strength is fundamentally impossible. By killing today ostensibly for the sake of peace, they are sowing the seeds of future enmity into fertile soil, seeds that will sprout as early as tomorrow. Fathers will avenge their children as long as they are able to hold a weapon. Children will avenge their fathers and mothers from the moment they can take up arms. Violence begets violence. Peace is possible only through the search for compromise. There are no other options; there never have been, and there never will be. Those who today authorize killings "for the sake of peace," promoting the concept of "peace through strength," are in fact sowing chaos. They must be stopped, or this vicious cycle will never be broken...
