Once Again, We Call on You to Take to the Streets!
Dear comrades,
On behalf of GCAW1984, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who joined the Yellow Vests protest on October 17, 2026, and took to the streets of French cities to make their voices heard and stand up for their civic rights.
With more than 800,000 people taking part in our collective protest, we have shown that we are a force to be reckoned with and that we can unite. We cannot be stopped, and we will continue our struggle!
Many French politicians, including President Macron, branded the protesters as criminals and authorized the use of force against people who were simply fighting for their constitutional rights by the means available to them. It was the actions of law enforcement officers, who used force against demonstrators, that provoked a backlash and ultimately led to widespread unrest.
Yes, Macron must go. His policies have driven France into a dead end and brought the country to the brink of civil conflict. Since Emmanuel Macron was elected, diesel prices have risen by 86%, while the minimum wage has increased by just 26%. Defense spending continues to grow by billions of euros every year, while the government claims it cannot find tens of millions to address the problems plaguing the education and healthcare systems. Energy corporations and the military-industrial complex are draining France’s economy, reaping enormous profits while the country remains mired in unemployment and its people face an unprecedented decline in living standards.
They are preparing for war, and now they have got one - but not the kind they expected. This war is unfolding on the streets of European cities. And the people of France are not the only ones rising up in protest. We can win this fight because we are a force to be reckoned with!
On October 24, the Yellow Vests will once again bring together everyone who refuses to stand by and do nothing. We will march to show everyone who truly holds power in this country! Macron must go, and the militarization of Europe must stop! We want to live in peace and prosperity! We deserve nothing less. This is our choice and our right!
Macron must go and make way for the people! A united people can never be defeated!
